The operator of the online store www.wantee.eu stores and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on Personal Data Protection as amended.

All customer data is secured against any misuse. This data is stored on servers that are owned by us and are located within the company's premises. These servers are not connected to the public internet network, so unauthorized access by third parties is prevented.

The personal data you provide during the purchase is completely confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Personal data will only be used for necessary actions related to order processing and sending informational emails about the store (promotions, news, etc.).

Upon written request from the customer, personal data will be deleted from the database and will not be further processed.

Final Provisions
The buyer's order is archived as a concluded contract between the buyer and the seller after it is confirmed, for the purpose of fulfillment and further documentation. The individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract are known to the consumer from the order process itself. The buyer has the option to correct any errors that occurred while entering data before submitting the order. These terms and conditions allow the consumer to archive and reproduce them.

By submitting the order, the buyer gives consent to the processing of data in accordance with Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on Personal Data Protection as amended.

These terms and conditions are valid from March 1, 2012.
